With more than two decades of experience living and working in Hampton Roads, Drew brings deep local knowledge and long-standing relationships to every transaction. In addition to his roots in Coastal Virginia, Drew spent 11 years living and working in New York City and Boston, building a diverse network and perspective that serves today’s wide-ranging clientele.
Drew represents buyers and sellers throughout Coastal Virginia, providing strategic guidance, market insight, and strong negotiation to ensure a smooth path to the closing table. Whether working with a first-time Navy family relocating to the area or a senior executive searching for a waterfront home, he is committed to delivering the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and results.
Growing up in a Navy family, Drew relocated six times before the age of 18. Each move shaped his understanding of community — and of home. His parents consistently purchased the “worst house in the best neighborhood” and transformed it through thoughtful renovation. Those early experiences shaped his philosophy: real estate is a relationship-driven business built on listening, trust, and long-term vision. He takes pride in understanding his clients’ goals and aligning them with homes that support both their lifestyle and their future.
A graduate of Norfolk Academy, Northeastern University (B.S. in Business), and Old Dominion University (M.S. in Education), Drew is deeply committed to Coastal Virginia as both his professional home and the place where he and his family are putting down roots. He and his wife, Christina, live in the Little Neck area of Virginia Beach with their two sons. They attend St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in downtown Norfolk and volunteer with C.A.T.S., a local nonprofit supporting children with disabilities. When he’s not assisting clients, Drew enjoys running, spending time on the water, and relaxing with his family — and their Aussiedoodle, Ozzy.
